Right Cook Time started with a frustration: look up a cook time for a specific air fryer and you get a generic number — "about 15 to 20 minutes" — copied from one site to the next, with no indication of which appliance was actually tested, no verifiable source, and usually buried under ads.

So we work the other way round. We read the official manufacturer manuals, compare them model by model, and show the exact source — brand, manual, page — behind every value. When two manufacturers disagree, both numbers stay on the page; we don't invent a third.How we test has the detail.

Air fryers come first, UK market before the French- and Spanish-speaking ones. The plan from there is other cooking methods — sous vide, dehydrators, ovens — held to the same standard of traceability.
